‘Fluids’ is a photographic project that plays with the contrast between the static perfection of fashion garments and the irruption of the human through fluids. The series is organised in diptychs, where in the first image each garment is presented as a classic still life: carefully arranged, with its beauty and structure intact, highlighting its materiality and design.

In the second image of each diptych, the intervention of various human fluids introduces a disruptive change, representing the presence of the body and the ephemeral, organic nature of the human being. The contrast between the precision of the garment and the disorder caused by the fluids, which evokes feelings of vulnerability, fragility and desire, challenges the conventions of fashion, highlighting the tension between the inert and the living, between the material and the emotional.

This duality invites reflection on how objects, though seemingly immutable, can be transformed and recontextualised through the influence of the human, the physical and the ephemeral.
