‘Onvres’ is a project of deep reflection on sexuality, gender identity and oppression, particularly in relation to the roles imposed by heteropatriarchal society. Through a series of visual pieces in the form of a triptych, it explores the dynamics of sexual power, machism and the violence implicit in the interactions between genders.
In this sense, he approaches sexuality in a raw, direct and conceptual way, relying on informalist painting and assemblage techniques to convey these complex narratives.
‘Onvres’ (as a spanish neologism defining fragile masculinity) invites reflection on the imposition of contemporary virility.
